Apparel USA, Inc. is a full-service garment manufacturing facility located in Fairmont,North Carolina. We specialize in the production of men's dress and sport shirts and began operations in August, 2017.
Our shirts are crafted on premises using premium cotton oxford, twill, poplin, flannel and even wool. Apparel USA, Inc. sources the world's finest mills in search of quality fabrics and trims, providing a full search of quality fabrics and trims, providing a full portfolio of offerings.Each garment is the finest expression of quality,made at 18 SPI. We specialize in pattern-making(clients can send custom patterns digitally)and also offer embroidery and washing-all done in-house. This allows better control over quality and lends a meticulous oversight into production.
Apparel USA currently employs close to 40 local sewers and technicans-all experts in their trade. From our state-of-art facility, these skilled workers are responsible for all aspects of production-from raw materials sourcing, cutting and sewing to garment finishing and inspection.
